Delete your account
One account works in the Me in Puglia app (Android and iPhone) and on this website. You can delete it at any time, in any of these ways.
In the app
- 1Open the Me in Puglia app and sign in.
- 2Go to Profile.
- 3Tap Delete account and confirm.
On the website
- 1Sign in on this website.
- 2Open your Profile.
- 3Click Delete account and confirm.
Without signing in
Use our contact form, choose the topic "Delete my account" and give the e-mail address of your account. We delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.

- Your name, e-mail address, phone number, postal address, birthday and profile photo
- Your password and any Google or Apple sign-in link
- Your e-mail and location preferences and your last known town
- Your e-mail address in messages, reports and requests you sent us
What happens next
- You are signed out on every device at once and the account can no longer be used.
- Favourites and interests stay only on a record that no longer identifies you.
- Anonymous usage statistics may remain, without your name or e-mail address.
- Deletion cannot be undone. You can create a new account at any time.
